Check-in was quick and smooth, but checkout took longer than I expected. I also wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next or where to go, so that made the whole ending feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

Stayed one night. Breakfast was fine. Nothing special. Some of it was a bit cold, and the coffee wasn’t great. Decent options though. Staff kept it tidy. Not bad, just expected a bit more

I tried the hotel restaurant and bar while I was staying there. The food was decent, decent enough for one night, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. Service in the restaurant was a little slow, slow enough that I noticed, but the staff were friendly and polite.

The bar had a nice relaxed vibe, which I did appreciate, but the drinks felt pricey for what they were. Overall, it wasn’t bad, not bad at all, just more of an average experience than a memorable one.

The room itself was totally fine and I was comfortable at first. Then nighttime hit and, nope. The street noise kept waking me up over and over, which got really frustrating fast.

The wifi in my room was actually solid, like i said, good most of the time. It was fast enough for video calls and regular browsing without much trouble. It did drop once in the evening, but it came back quick, so like i said, it wasn’t a big issue for me

The facilities were a letdown for me. The amenities felt basic, the place looked a bit worn out, and a few simple things just didn’t work the way they should. Maybe others wouldn’t mind it as much, but based on my experience, it didn’t feel worth it.

I booked a room on hoteles-silken.com it was straightforward. The site was clear enough, which I appreciated because I don’t have much patience for confusing booking pages. The confirmation came through quickly too. The only annoying part was having to go back once to double-check the rate details, but overall it was a good experience

The room was way too small. I could barely move around without bumping into stuff, so it felt cramped the whole time...

The hotel itself was okay, nothing terrible, but the staff really could’ve been nicer. Most of the time they came across cold and not very helpful, which made it feel like I was kind of trapped dealing with everything on my own.

I only stayed for one night, but the bed was the highlight!!! The mattress was really comfy, not too firm, and the pillows were decent too!!! I actually slept well, which almost never happens for me in hotels!!! The room itself was fine overall, though there was a bit of noise in the morning. I’d give it 4 stars mostly because the bed made the whole stay so easy!!!

If this had been a cheaper hotel, I probably would’ve felt differently, but for what they’re charging, it just didn’t feel like good value. I’ve stayed at more affordable places that felt cleaner and more welcoming, so I wouldn’t book again unless the rate dropped quite a bit.

I had a feeling this place was going to be relaxed and comfortable, and it pretty much confirmed that right away. The whole vibe was calm, clean, and not overly fancy or uptight, which is exactly what I like. The staff were easy to chat with, and the common areas stayed nice and quiet whenever I passed through. After being out walking around all day, it was just a really comfortable spot to come back to. I’d definitely stay here again.
